BRCGS Certification

BRCGS is the first international standard recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI), Initially developed by the British Retail Consortium as a food quality standard, BRCGS certification has gained recognition worldwide due to its comprehensiveness and impartiality. Over time, it has evolved into a global benchmark for food safety and quality.
To ensure that our product management aligns with the highest international standards, Xiamen Sungiven Enterprise Co., Ltd. proactively applied for BRCGS AA certification in 2020. The certification scope covers the entire process of product design, development, warehousing, transportation, and sales of our private-label products. This certification spans all food categories, including both fresh and pre-packaged products. Achieving BRCGS certification underscores that Sungiven Foods meets leading international food safety standards.

US & EU organic certification

At Sungiven, we prioritize food safety and quality, continuously striving for superior products that provide consumers with healthy, safe and environmentally friendly food choices. In 2023, we proudly obtained USDA Organic and EU Organic certifications, reinforcing our commitment to the “back to nature” philosophy. From the outset, we have rejected the fast-track model at the expense of the environment and health. We carefully selected organic farms and producers around the world, ensuring that every seed and every inch of soil is free from chemical pesticides, synthetic hormones and genetically modified ingredients. We believe that only by respecting the natural growth patterns of crops can we preserve the true flavor and nutrition of our ingredients.

Supplier selection process

We have implemented a rigorous supplier selection process to ensure compliance with industry production standards and regulatory requirements of importing countries. We prioritize suppliers with GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) quality system certifications and seek alignment with Sungiven’s core values of "Reverence for Nature and Care for People." Our goal is to provide consumers globally with “safe, reliable, and delicious” healthy meals while fulfilling our shared commitment to quality and responsibility.

Before production

We inspect raw materials before production begins, granting approval before the factory proceeds with manufacturing and packaging.

During production

We monitor the production process closely through on-site audits, identifying and correcting any discrepancies to ensure each step meets established standards.

After production

Upon arrival at the warehouse, we conduct acceptance inspections, assessing both the internal quality of the products and the accuracy and compliance of packaging, including date printing, to guarantee that each product adheres to quality specifications.

Logistics Supervision

Warehouse Management System

We have established a standardized warehouse management system, equipped with specialized storage zones to ensure a clean and organized environment in the warehouse. Products are classified and stored according to rigorous specifications, employing scientific stacking methods and moisture-proof, damage-proof protection. This enables efficient management and optimal product preservation.

Professionalized loading management

Our loading operations are thoroughly supervised, with standardized equipment and procedures in place. All personnel receive professional training to ensure gentle handling, proper placement, and protection of goods. We optimize container loading using three-dimensional space layouts, ensuring both transportation safety and cost-efficiency.
